Hi so i have my best friend, she was so concerned that her periods were late and when they came after almost 20 days the periods were longer than usual, so i wanted to know why is this happening? what could be the reason for that? Now she's on her 10th day today. normally her periods are of 5 days only. last periods came late and now the periods are continuing. well, she's a lil afraid of consulting a doc, she has overthinked about it, she's stressing over it that she might be having some illnesss and all. she's afraid to visit a doctor. she says she has never done any such thing that could be the reason for delay in periods, like generally people have been sexually active and that's their reason for late periods, but she's virgin so she's stressing it out. Well, if anyone knows what tests does the doctor do, let me know here, so that i can tell her to not stress. although I am trying that only but she's not ready to go to doc. And I can't force her. nobody can. first she has to tell her mom about it & then only she can go to doctor. She's shy about things.
