i spend most of the time in reading fiction stories and some times after reading I am only thinking about the characters in the story and feel the same i know it's not good but let me know how to come out of it ?

I can relate.. something similar happens with me when I read great books.. but there's life beyond these books and you need to move out of your cosy zone.. go out meet people play outdoor games walk and jog. All these can help
