انا عندي اكتئاب و مش عارفه ارجع زي الاول تاني اكبر سبب ليه امي فقدت الثقه في كل اللي حواليا فهل ممكن الاقي حل او في اي حاجه مساعده عشان انا تايهه ومش عارفه أرتب كلامي

First and foremost accept your emotion,identify it and name it. second, Know the reason. and then half of your work is done!!! Once you know your emotion and the reason behind you can easily deal with it,the way you want to. But never ever try to pacify or diverse your low mood without analysing it properly. Right from sorting it out with your own pattern to consulting a professional for the same .

Honestly this is a bad habit of mine that I don't look after my health.
Hi @docmfrank -Working out everyday or at least 6 times a week is what I dont miss out. - Also, my morning routine of having soaked nuts, and dates is something that I value a lot :)

Hi there, Hope you are doing well. My advice to reduce the risk factors of heart disease is reduce the amount of fats in your diet, avoid ghee, butter, fried foods and try to eat boiled and sauted vegetables instead, also stop taking dairy products as they have more fat content instead you can use tonned/skimmed milk. Points to remember : • Stay Active • Excercise regularly (10k steps/day) • We'll balanced low fat diet • Healthy Lifestyle • Stress Less. • Drink water to prevent dehydration Hope this will help you. Physical hunger can be satisfied by any type of food. 2) Emotional Hunger: This is when you feel like eating, but it's not because your body needs fuel. It's to satisfy your emotions, like stress, boredom, or sadness. In Emotional hunger you might crave specific comfort foods. To differentiate 1) think about how your body feels. Are you feeling physically hunger or growling stomach, Or are you just craving for a particular food and you are not physically hungry. 2) Emotional hunger comes on in response to triggers or emotions, like stress, boredom, or loneliness. 3) Mindful eating: Before eating, take a moment to ask yourself why you want to eat. Are you hungry or seeking comfort, By practicing mindful eating, you can become more aware of your body's signals and differentiate between emotional and physical hunger.
