Sarah, a 45-year-old single mother, has recently been diagnosed with a serious illness that makes it difficult for her to work. She has a life insurance policy with a full living benefit rider. This rider allows her to access a portion of her policy's death benefit while she is still alive under certain conditions. Sarah is concerned about her ability to cover medical expenses and maintain her household's financial stability during her illness. How can Sarah utilize the full living benefit in her life insurance policy to help manage her current financial situation, and what impact might this have on the death benefit that will eventually be paid to her beneficiaries?
Kavya_r・4d
read the policy carefully and see what the local government schemes are.

She should first be reading the policy carefully and look for every possible thing she can milk and if she's not able to do that she can always consult a professional to guide her through

#HealthCheck When was the last time you checked in with your doctor? Do you make it a point to check in yearly?
hina・12d
No
Annual checks are really important. You may not always have a symptom or complaints. If we can detect a disease in the early stage the chance of complications are reduced to a great extent. "Prevention is better than Cure" .......and so Annual Check ups are a must πŸ™‚πŸ™‚

I want to be proactive about my breast health. Can you guide me through the proper way to perform a breast self-exam, and when should I seek medical advice about any lumps? @pallavibarnwal
docmfrank・26d
You should conduct a self -breast exam every month. You can either lie down or stand up, and feel all parts of your breast inside and outside into your arm pit. Try to do this after your period has ended every month, as before your period your breast may feel tender and lumpy due to luteal phase hormones. If you notice a lumo which consistently the same size persistent for over a month, consider checking with a gynecologist. If you have pain, cracked or bleeding nipples, notice changes in the skin of your breast, all should warrant a check with your healthcare professional

Do you think what Poonam Pandey did was right?? Yes, Cervical Cancer is an issue which needs more awareness and attention but that doesn’t mean you mislead an entire nation right?? The PR stunt was very unique but a very fake and deceptive one. What are your thoughts?? #bollywood #bollywoodcommunity
aparnaa・21d
I agree. Publicising death was not in good taste. I'm told the agency that orchestrated the PR stunt has got fired by the company that commissioned it.
While raising awareness about cervical cancer is important, using a PR stunt, like Poonam Pandey did, might be seen as unique but can also be considered fake and deceptive. Balancing attention-grabbing tactics with sincerity is crucial when addressing serious health issues.
