A treasure trove of temples, history, traditions, and handicraft. I am a Textile designer got the experience of 25 years. I am a lover of the sari, We have memories of our mothers and grandmothers wearing their traditional weaves with a pure zari and good quality of material. Depending on the personality of the wearer, a sari can adapt to anybody’s body size and shape. That is the ‘grace’ and ‘beauty’ of the saree. how much of the sari you pleat, and how long or short you wear the pallu, you can actually manifest different auras in that sari. A story behind every weave. each saree has its own unique story to tell, and the motifs are its weave and weaver. When you touch a saree with its vibrant hues, you see and feel the motifs and patterns of that saree. Whether it's floral motifs or birds, some human figures, or a replica of some architecture, it tells you about the tale of the craft and the history of the weaving and the weaver. Importantly, about the tradition and culture of that particular region where it’s been weaved.
