I heard something pun-ny today and wanted to share. It goes like- "I told a friend that I'm getting more chubby, she said no don't say that you're beautiful. I was like yeah, duh. I never said I was ugly. I just said put some gains on. " It really had me because today fat is considered a bad word but really it's just defining the type. Fat cells are components of the body. Chubby can be beautiful too. Any thoughts ???Share here!

Heya everyone This is my first time using the app.Kindly ignore any mistakes. I am kind of chubby or you can say overweight 24 years old girl.Initially I didn't have any insecurities. But since a year or two when I moved to Delhi.I constantly try to fit in among people. But it feels like I'm losing a part of me.πŸ₯²
hey Anonymous. one needs to be physically fit, not to please anyone but for urself. Being overweight should not be the reason for your insecurities . You need to accept yourself first only then others will accept you if you feel you are loosing urself trying to fit in... ask yourself what is it that you are doing that's creating discomfort within you ... identify and work on it.. good luck πŸ‘

I'm very flat chested as well as underweight. I'm very insecure about my breast. I stuff pads in my bra just to look a little bit appealing. But, once my classmate asked me that "how come you became 28B from 26A?" This shattered my confidence and ruined my mental peace. What should I do guys?
Anonymous・11d
I myself suffered from this before! All the ladies in my family taunted me again and again on how clothes doesnt look good on me coz I dont have a fat ass and good breasts. It actually shattered me a lot but now I just ignore them. Ik I am better than them and thats enough
Hi there, I hope you are well. Your bra or breast size doesn't define you :) you may be genetically inclined to having smaller breast size which is absolutely okay. Just embrace it. - Also, try to gain weight in a healthy manner if you feel that you are underweight. - Include enough protein, nuts, seeds, dates, ghee, lean meat, eggs, millets, dairy and dairy products for healthy weight gain. - If you are looking for some advice on gaining weight, then you can book a one-one consultation with me. I shall be happy to guide you :) - Also, surround yourself with people who support you, encourage you, love you, respect you for who you are, and like you the way you are. Find support groups, and seek professional help if needed. Take care and stay positive ✨ you are worth it !

I'm a chubby girl. and I've always been proud of it. But I can't seem to accept my arms and it's folds as it is. One time I wore a gorgeous sleeveless outfits and got so many compliments but some also said, that I've got really big arms. It really affected my self esteem. How do I deal with this???? @Intelligent_Rocket_0277

Ugh, lately family gatherings have been rough. Backhanded comments about my weight or appearance leave me feeling awful. How do you handle unwanted body talk from people who should be supportive? Feeling self-conscious and need tips for shutting down negativity and building confidence.
Anonymous・27d
1. Shutting down comments is by accepting yourself & making humour out of it. They want a reaction but not if you handle it in a positive-funny way. 2. It's affecting your mental health then make changes in your routine and build healthy habits 2. eating high protien and lower carb diet (vegetarian cheapest option is kali masoor, soya chunks, moong badi, wheat gluten=chakki sag in rajasthan) & peanuts and eating 1 roti less & triple amt of protien) increase seasonal fruits for sweet tooth. 3. just join cheapest gym use 30 min treadmill on highest incline and walk on speed 4, take breaks when tired and atleast complete 8000 steps in step count. Progress will show in gluten, thighs, hamstrings, core in 10 days. Then with "strong core" try new HIIT, cardio & strength training like push up & weights. You'll thank me later for this tip. 4. For permanent shutting down comments by relatives best way is to transform your body for better and good. It hurts but also a reminder to become better.

Body positivity is an empowering movement advocating for the acceptance of all bodies, regardless of societal or media ideals. This concept is particularly important for women, who often face intense pressure to conform to specific beauty standards. Women's body positivity is about embracing and celebrating the diversity of female bodies in all their different sizes, shapes, colors, and ages. It is about recognizing that all bodies are beautiful and worthy, and rejecting the idea that a woman's value is tied to her appearance. This movement aims to help women cultivate a positive relationship with their bodies, encouraging self-love, self-acceptance, and self-care. It promotes the idea that everyone deserves to feel comfortable and confident in their own skin, and that respect and inclusivity should be the norm. Body positivity inspires women to focus on their capabilities, strengths, and character, rather than their appearance. It sends a powerful message that beauty is not a one-size-fits-all concept, and encourages society to redefine its perception of what it means to be beautiful. In essence, women's body positivity is a celebration of women in their most authentic form, advocating for self-love, acceptance, and a healthier perspective on the female body.more
