My idea behind starting this meditation community is to embrace the integration of meditation into daily life, encouraging practitioners to bring mindfulness and awareness to their activities, relationships, and decision-making. It recognizes that the benefits of meditation extend beyond the time spent on the cushion and can positively impact various aspects of one's life. Benefits commonly associated with meditation include reduced stress, improved focus and concentration, increased emotional well-being, enhanced creativity, and a greater sense of overall balance and harmony. Many individuals also find that regular meditation practice helps them cultivate a deeper connection with themselves and others, leading to personal growth and spiritual development. I look forward to organize group meditation sessions, retreats, workshops, and discussions where members can come together to meditate, learn from experienced teachers, share insights, and foster a sense of community. These gatherings provide opportunities for practitioners to deepen their understanding of meditation, explore new techniques, and connect with others on a similar path.
I started meditating a few days back and I have been facing a problem everytime I meditate. Whenever I close my eyes and sit to start my meditation, I usually have thousands of thoughts going around my head. These thoughts keep coming in my head and I am not able to remove them. Even if I try to concentrate on one specific thing, ultimately I find myself thinking about something else unconsciously. What should I do about this?

Hi Aabhara, I hope you are well. -This is a common problem faced by many women, and believe me I faced it as well. - Meditation may not be easy in the beginning as there are various thoughts that may wander in your mind, and you want to think of everything at the same time. - But meditation is not just about concentrating on the positives, it's okay to have a couple of negative thoughts as well in the beginning. - Start by meditating for 5 mins only, and keep your phone , laptop etc aside. - Just think about yourself, and how you are thankful about everything you have in your life. - Practice gratitude. - Think of all the good things that the almighty has given you and forgive people who haven't been great to you but you want to let go of them for your mental peace. - Sit in a calm , closed, and slightly dark room, and tell yourself that you love yourself immensely and will respect it no matter what happens around. - In a few days time, you will learn to meditate well Take care ✨✨

hii, You can write your thoughts on a paper it's helps you to clarify your thoughts. and also helps you to control over it

hii,You're experiencing racing thoughts during meditation, a common challenge. Try focusing on your breath or using guided meditation to help anchor your attention. Be patient and consistent; over time, it should improve.

Its not wrong for you to have thoughts racing in your mind while meditating, its completely normal ! Just focus that these thoughts are positive not negative!
