Solution depends on the reason. Just because you have lost spark in relationship, it's quite possible that you feel not connected with your partner. Reasons could be : After some years of marriage, your partner started taking u for granted. He Stops doing anything special for us. Even Sex life becomes monotonous/boaring. In past history he must have hurt you in any quarrel with him/his family. He might have supported his family instead of you. Reason could be anything, but for how many days are you going to hold that grudge? If any joke can't make you laugh multiple times, then why we hold these grudges for so many days? Try to clear it with him & get over it. Now If you have any problem, talk with your partner openly. It will reduce burden on your heart. You will feel better. Start loving and caring for yourself. Make him understand what you want and get it done from him. Convey everything in normal tone. Make it a habit. Slowly but steadily you will feel better. Best of luck.
