Do we avoid exercising cz of pain ??? Yes the body will be sore in the beginning but it also recovers and gets better and stronger with consistency & u experience more flow & less pain….. ur body is magic, it only keeps gaining more stamina , energy, strength with time ….. and pain is inevitable in any case if u not exercising there may be some mental & emotional pains u must be going through and also some physical pains might develop due stiffness & non movement cz our body is designed to move so let’s choose our pain wisely ….. #fitnessmotivation #fitwithchitraa #fitindia #fitnessinspiration
