1) Physical Hunger is when your body needs fuel because it's been a while since you ate your last meal. You might feel lightheaded or low on energy. Physical hunger can be satisfied by any type of food. 2) Emotional Hunger: This is when you feel like eating, but it's not because your body needs fuel. It's to satisfy your emotions, like stress, boredom, or sadness. In Emotional hunger you might crave specific comfort foods. To differentiate 1) think about how your body feels. Are you feeling physically hunger or growling stomach, Or are you just craving for a particular food and you are not physically hungry. 2) Emotional hunger comes on in response to triggers or emotions, like stress, boredom, or loneliness. 3) Mindful eating: Before eating, take a moment to ask yourself why you want to eat. Are you hungry or seeking comfort, By practicing mindful eating, you can become more aware of your body's signals and differentiate between emotional and physical hunger.
