Hi there :) that is such a beautiful question. And just you asking it shows how brave you are, because being aware that we need to be brave is the first and most important step. Bravery is built little by little by our baby steps, knowing that as women we have the inner-warrior within us who will stand up for us whilst facing life challenges. And do remind yourself - you are bigger than your fears & doubts, and you have within you everything you need to face the ups & downs of life.
