Hi there, I hope you are well. If you eat in moderation, you can still manage your cravings, there are no issues with the same :) just ensure to have a sweet once in a while, say once in a week or 10 days. My personal favourites have to be the following - 1) Dark chocolate ( I have 2 pieces of the same once in 4-5 days) 2) Anjeer ( 2 pieces) 3) Dates ( Two pieces) 4) Dates and oats laddoo ( one piece) 5) Fruits yogurt ( I usually like adding banana and berries to my yogurt) 6) Raisins ( 4-5 at a given time) 7) Makhana kheer ( with very little sugar or I sweetened it with 2 dates) 8) Sweet pancakes ( I usually banana to sweeten it and little cinnamon powder) 9) Dried apricots ( 2-3) 10) Chia pudding ( I use very little honey to sweeten it or I simply use fruits to sweeten it ) I hope this helps, take care ✨

Hii dear, firstly Identifying the root cause of your binge eating is crucial. Once you understand why you turn to food, you can begin addressing those underlying issues. Setting boundaries around your eating habits can help prevent impulsive behavior. Firstly, Practice mindful eating, identify triggers, seek support from a therapist or support group, and focus on balanced meals and regular eating patterns.

I often find myself reaching for unhealthy snacks when I'm stressed. What strategies can I use to curb emotional eating?
hina・4d
To curb emotional eating, try finding alternative ways to cope with stress such as practicing mindfulness, deep breathing exercises, going for a walk, or engaging in a hobby you enjoy. Keep healthy snacks readily available, and try to identify triggers for emotional eating so you can address them directly. Additionally, consider seeking support from friends, family, or a therapist to develop healthier coping mechanisms.

I often feel pressured to eat a certain way or follow strict diet rules to fit in with my peers. Is there a way I can stay true to my own nutritional needs and preferences without giving in to external pressures?
If you force yourself into a diet, it might not be as effective as it could be. Additionally, it's not necessary to eliminate all foods; there are always alternatives available. I would suggest consulting a nutritionist who can help you create a personalized plan to manage your cravings and calorie intake
Anonymous・19d
There's no need to feel pressured about it. You eat what you like and want to eat.

My body just doesn't feel like mine anymore. Illness, injury, or maybe just bad body image days – it's hard to love myself when I feel like my body is failing me. How do you find ways to appreciate your body, even when it feels like it's letting you down? Feeling discouraged and need some inspiration.
