Let’s have real conversations about women in leadership! 😉
So I have recently become a mom of a girl. After me giving birth to her I feel that I should do something more for her. For that I have to become independent and start working. I have been thinking about pursuing Entrepreneurship. Is it a good field for a women seeing the competition of men out there ? Any advice ? @Vanilla Girl

Yes. why not. it is a good field. You want to be independent and that's great. u can find some coach who can guide u in stating a business.

I had been part of a management team, I took role as a team lead for development team, design team and interns as well. Even I did HR works like prepared aptitude questions for round 1, interviewed candidates, prepared documents like offer letters for candidates and agreements for clients as well. then, as per MD's request I became part of chief department. but all the work I've done in startup is all by myself. now, I wanted to work under an experienced person. I want to know if I can get a chance here.
