Hey Anjali! I am Shruti Shingvi a nutritionist with a master’s in nutrition and dietetics. I would like to which gastric problems you are facing before I can comment on that. But for acidity I would recommend drinking a tea made with jeera, ajwain, sauf and mint 15-20 mins before your meals. You can make this in the morning and have throughout the day before your meals. A 10-20 min walk post meals will go a long way as well. If you have any other doubts you can connect with me on my next live or tag me in your questions and I will definitely help you out.
