Hi Koushiki, I hope you are well. Here's what you can do. 1) Prepare the gravy batter, sandwich batter, Frankie/roll batter in advance and store it for 3-4 days. 2) Prepare dry snacks such as roaste makhanas, dry fruit mix, poha chivda on weekends itself. 3) Chop vegetables on a Sunday or Saturday as and when you get time. 4) Marinate your chicken or meat or fish in advance and place it in the freezer. 5) You can opt for frozen chopped vegetables if you find it difficult to chop all veggies and store. 6) You can prepare the roti dough and place it in the fridge for a day or two.
