People judge due to ingrained societal norms, lack of understanding, and sometimes their own insecurities.

Probably because they are jealous of you as you are not insecure about your body as they are. They actually admire your confidence.

People judge because they're insecure. People judge because they see something in you that they don't have, and instead of praising it, they try to shatter it. People judge as an analytical human trait, but making something rude or mean about it is plainly pathetic. People will judge no matter what, but the fact that they do it plainly out of insecurity should be satisfying to you. You're that important to them.
