It's never too late to reinstate your relationship. Try to spend quality time with your daughter discussing stories when you were at her age. Relationship bond is like a small plant nurture it with love and care, it will start giving you sweet fruits.

Think back to the time she was ok with you and think what happened around that time which might have caused this distance. Or better still talk to her directly.
