Hey there many exercises that are possible, I would recommend you please send more details about you like age occupation clinical history if any so that I can guide you better, kindly include cardio in your exercise routine, sit up leg raises, jack knives, side jack knives , in and out and naukasana hold , planks and plank exercise variations can be of huge help also there are many standing core exercises if you can’t do these however I suggest you kindly get in touch with a professional so that you harm yourself and to prevent and sort of injury and actually derive the benefit out of it ….
