Hi Jyothi, Nuts are best had in the morning, especially soaked almonds, pistachios is a better option... because it helps in removal of antinutrients that hinder the absorption of essential nutrients present in nuts. However, It can be had as a snack, midly roasted in the afternoon or evening. It can also be added to fruits, and your favourite porridges.

The best time is usually, anytime from sunrise to sunset @HappinessCoach_Jyothi. When I say best time here, it means that during that time, our metabolisms are very active and more nutrients get absorbed, that way you have the maximum benefit from eating nuts.
