Hi there, I hope you are well. You can opt for chana chaat which is easy to prepare, and is healthy as well. Ingredients 1) 2 cups boiled chana 2) 1 onion 3) 1 tomato 4) 1 1/2 tsp chilli powder 5) 1 -2tsp jeera powder 6) 1/4th cup tamarind pulp 7) 2 boiled potato, small 8) Salt 9) 1/4th cup chopped coriander. 10) Fresh pomegranate kernels to garnish Method - 1) Mix all the ingredients together, and garnish with coriander leaves. 2) You can add additional chopped green chillies, if you'd like it to be more spicy.
