نعمل صيام متقطع ولا منعملش! الصيام المتقطع ما له وما عليه ؟! الصيام المتقطع Intermittent fasting الصيام المتقطع هو مش نظام دايت زي ما كتير متخيلين هو وسيله لتنظيم عدد ساعات الاكل خلال اليوم فقط وفي انواع صيام متقطع كتير جدا واكثرهم انتشارا 16:8و18:6 ولكن في انواع زي انك تاخد صيام يوم كامل 24hr diet و alternative day fasting و يومين كاملين بالاسبوع 5:2 diet و20:4 و36hrs fasting😟 واخيرا ال OMAD diet دي كلها انواع للصيام المتقطع منتشره علي سوشيال ميديا والاشخاص بتتداولها بين بعضها البعض طب اي هنعملها ولا لا !!!!! الخقيقه ان الصيام المتقطع نظام بيساعدنا جدا الي جانب الانظمه الغذائيه في نزول الوزن وكمان تخسين اوضاع صحيه كتير زي مشاكل القلب والشرايين ومقاومه الانسولين ولكن …. ده سلاح ذو حدين لانك لو معرفتيش اي نوع الصيام المناسب لحالتك وسنك هتبقي بتضري نفسك جدا ولو عندك مشكله بالعكس هو هيزودهالك وده سبب ان بنات كتير اصبحت بتشتكي من عدم انتظام للدوره الشهريه وكمان زياده مشاكل التكيسات وتأخر الحمل لانهم بيتبعو انظمه للتخسيس للاسف بتدخل الجسم في حاله starvation وبيبدأ يدافع عن نفسه ب انه يخزن كل مصادر الطاقه عشان يعمل حساب الوقت اللي هتجوعيه فيه بشكل كبير وده فالنهايه هيوصلك لخلل في الهرمونات بشكل كبير نتيجه لزياده عدد ساعات الصيام بشكل مبالغ فيه زياده عدد ساعات الصيام للبنات هترفع معدل الكورتيزول في الجسم وده هيدخل الجسم في حاله من عدم انتظام سكر الدم وممكن بعدها تلاقي الحاله عندها craving بشكل مبالغ وهيزود مقاومه الانسولين وفقد في الكتله العضليه وهيأثر علي الغده الدرقيه لازم كل البنات تخلي بالها ❌مفيش صيام متقطع لاقل من ١٨سنه ❌ممنوع زياده عدد ساعات الصيام عن ١٦ ساعه للبنات اقل من ٢٥ سنه ❌ممنوع صيام اكتر من ١٦ ساعه للبنات من ٢٥-٣٥ الا تحت اشراف طبي ❌حتي سن ال٤٥ ممنوع اتباع نظام الوجبه الواحده او alternative الا تحت اشراف طبي ❌حالات التكيسات ومقاومه الانسولين تتبع الصيام مع المختص فقط ❗️❗️ بعد ال ٥٠ نتبع انظمه ال eat stop eat اذا الحاله الطبيه تسمح #عيشهابالصحة ومتنبخلش علي غيرك بالمعلومه وصحح مفاهيم كتير ممكن تضره ولومتعرفش عروض رأس السنه للمتابعات وعرض اشترك شهرين معاهم الشهر التالت مجانا ومتابعات يوميه وانظمه غذائيه لكل حاله مخصصه ليها. اكتب تعليق ب تم ✔️

This was almost a decade ago, I was probably around 26-27 years old then.
